I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you'll receive a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Reporting tools are coming soon in Beta. For now, we use basic moderation to keep reviews fair. If you encounter inappropriate content, please use our live support chat in the bottom right corner and we'll address it promptly.
Why can't I see my review after posting?
Reviews are typically visible immediately after posting. If you don't see your review, it may be undergoing basic moderation. This is rare and usually resolves quickly.
