By creating an account, browsing reviews, or using any feature of Reproot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, reviewers, or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

As a beta user, you acknowledge that:

• Features may be added, removed, or modified
• Your feedback is valuable and helps shape the platform
• We're committed to transparency about the platform's current state

To use certain features of Reproot, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

As a user of Reproot, you agree to:

• Contains personal information without consent
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Attempts to impersonate another person or entity

When writing reviews on Reproot, please follow these guidelines:

• Write based on your direct experience with the company/client
• Be specific about what worked well or didn't work
• Focus on facts rather than opinions when possible
• Be constructive and professional in your tone
• Don't include confidential information or trade secrets
• Don't make threats or demands in your reviews
• Respect that companies may not be able to respond yet (feature coming soon)

We encourage honest, constructive feedback that helps the freelancer community make informed decisions.

Reproot uses basic automated and manual moderation to maintain platform quality:

• Automated filtering for spam and inappropriate content
• Manual review of flagged content
• Community reporting tools (coming soon)
• Regular monitoring of platform activity

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

Note: Advanced moderation tools are in development and will be rolled out as the community grows.

The Reproot platform, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Reproot and protected by intellectual property laws.

By posting content on Reproot, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

You retain ownership of your content and can remove it at any time by deleting your account or specific posts.

Service Availability: Reproot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Beta Software: You acknowledge that Reproot is in Beta and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Use at your own risk.

User Content: We are not responsible for any content posted by users. Reviews and comments represent individual opinions, not our views.

No Professional Advice: Information on Reproot is for informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

Third-Party Services: We may use third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, security, or content.

Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information on the platform is complete, current, or error-free.

No Liability for Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reproot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Liability Cap: Since Reproot is currently free to use, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed $100.

No Warranties: Reproot provides this service "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

User Content: Reproot is not responsible for any content posted by users or third parties.

Beta Risk: You acknowledge that the platform may contain bugs or errors, and you use it at your own risk during the Beta period.

Exclusive Remedy: You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.

Scope: This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Repeated posting of prohibited content
• Any other reason we deem appropriate

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

When you delete your account, we will:

• Remove your personal information from our active databases
• Delete your account and profile information
• Remove your reviews and contributions
• Retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page
• Update the "Last updated" date
• Notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification

Your continued use of Reproot after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Reproot is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the appropriate jurisdiction.
